SENIOR MENS

KHCC’s senior men’s cricket program comprises five teams competing in the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association (BHRDCA).

If you are looking for a senior cricket program in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne please consider Koonung. New members are always welcome!

The club values the development of its players and we have a full time qualified senior coach to run a comprehensive cricket program for all members.

All of our senior men’s teams play on a Saturday afternoon. Depending on the grade these consist of 80 over, 40 over and 64 over (split innings) games.

The club is a proud community club welcoming players and their families from all walks of life and all levels of ability. The senior program is also a pathway for young cricketers wishing to transition their cricket to the senior ranks.

Koonung prides itself on their on-field success. Last season our First XI became Premiers of the Howard Wilson Shield, earning promotion into the top division, the Ray McIntosh Shield. We look forward to the challenge ahead in Season 2023/24 as we aim to be a dominant force in the BHRDCA.

Whilst Koonung always strives for on-field success, it prioritises its strong club culture above all else. We continue to build a positive and successful club culture for all by focusing on inclusivity, community, growth, and having fun.
